Store connectors
WooCommerce
Install the QCS plugin, pair it with a connection key and secret, quote live rates at checkout, and print labels from WordPress.
WooCommerce connects through a plugin on your WordPress site. The plugin pushes orders to QCS, asks QCS for a live delivery rate at checkout, and requests labels, each call signed with a secret that only your site and QCS hold.
Pairing
- 01Create the connectionOpen /m/integrations/stores, choose WooCommerce and enter your store domain. QCS creates a connection key and shows the secret exactly once.
- 02Install the pluginDownload it from the connection page and install it on WordPress like any other plugin.
- 03Paste the key and secretIn the plugin settings, paste the connection key and the secret. Nothing else needs configuring; the plugin already knows the three endpoints.
- 04Send a test orderThe plugin has a test button. A successful test books into sandbox, so nothing operational happens.
The three endpoints
The rate endpoint runs the same pricing engine that bills the parcel, so the delivery charge your customer sees at checkout is the charge on your statement. Nothing recalculates a rate anywhere else.
Signing a request
If you are building your own integration rather than using the plugin, every request carries these headers. The digest is HMAC-SHA256 over the unix timestamp, a full stop, and the exact raw body, and QCS allows five minutes of clock drift.

}Mapping
- WooCommerce stores vary more than Shopify stores, so check the mapping rather than assuming it.
- Weight is per line item in WooCommerce. QCS sums the line weights unless you map a single parcel weight field.
- Cash on delivery is usually the cod payment method, but some sites rename it. Confirm the value your checkout actually sends.
- The WooCommerce order number becomes your own order reference, which is what makes a repeated push safe.
