Tracking

Where your parcel is, in plain language.

Four messages reach you as standard: at collection, on arrival at our warehouse, when the parcel goes out for delivery, and on delivery with the proof attached.

Public tracking

Enter your tracking number

It is on the QCS label and in every message we send. No account and no sign-in needed.

A tracking number is checked for validity before any lookup happens, so a mistyped number is rejected immediately rather than returning a misleading result.

14 characters, like QCS26K7M2P9X4R. We check the number before looking anything up.

  1. 01CollectedA QCS rider scanned the parcel at the seller premises. Tracking opens at this point.
  2. 02At the QCS warehouseThe parcel has been scanned into stock at our Gulberg facility and is waiting for the next delivery run to its area.
  3. 03Out for deliveryThe parcel is with a rider on the road today. Keep the exact cash amount ready if it is a cash-on-delivery order.
  4. 04DeliveredThe rider recorded a photograph, the name of the person who received the parcel, and the cash collected.

Public tracking shows the status timeline and the delivery area only. It never shows a phone number, a full address, the consignee name in full, or anything financial belonging to the merchant.

Timeline

What each public status means

Collected

A QCS rider scanned the parcel at the seller premises. This is the first point at which tracking opens.

At the QCS warehouse

The parcel has been inbound-scanned into stock at our Gulberg facility and is waiting for the next delivery run to its area.

Out for delivery

The parcel is with a rider on the road today. Keep the exact cash amount ready if it is a cash-on-delivery order.

Delivered

The rider recorded a photograph, the name of the person who received the parcel, and the cash collected. The proof is sent to you.

On hold

A delivery attempt was made and deferred, with the reason recorded. A reattempt is scheduled.

Refused

The parcel was declined at the door. The reason and the rider evidence are recorded, and the seller is informed.

Cancelled

The order has been terminated and the parcel is queued to return to the seller. No delivery charge applies.

Returned to the seller

The parcel has been handed back to the seller and signed for. This is a final state.

If something looks wrong

Who to contact, and about what

For anything about the item itself — what is in the parcel, the price, a size exchange or a refund — contact the seller you bought from. QCS carries the parcel and collects the cash, and has no visibility of your order with the seller.

For anything about the delivery — a missed attempt, a wrong address, a rider who could not reach you, or a delivery date — contact QCS support and quote your tracking number.
