All rates are inclusive of sales tax and fuel adjustment. Beyond 5 kg the same per-0.5 kg step continues: PKR 40 on standard, PKR 50 on express.

Terms and conditions of the tariff

Rates

Lahore City, up to 0.5 kg: PKR 180

Lahore City, each additional 0.5 kg: PKR 40

Express or same day, up to 0.5 kg: PKR 250

Express or same day, each additional 0.5 kg: PKR 50

Lahore Extended Area: PKR 50 per parcel, applied once, on standard and express alike

Chargeable weight

Dimensional weight is length times width times height in centimetres divided by 5000. Where the actual weight is 5 kg or less and dimensions are supplied, the charge is based on the greater of actual and dimensional weight. The basis is then rounded up to the next 0.5 kg, and an exact multiple does not round up again.

Conditions

Charges apply only to successfully delivered shipments. A failed delivery or a returned parcel is not charged.

Allow to open: if the customer is permitted to open the parcel and the contents are not as specified by the merchant, delivery charges apply by weight.

If the merchant instructs the customer to cancel after handover, or had already cancelled with the customer before handover, delivery charges apply by weight.

Express and same-day pickup must take place before 13:00.

Notes

The tariff is revised in the event of a substantial fuel-price increase. Active merchants are notified before any change takes effect, and orders booked earlier keep the charge frozen at booking.
