FAQ
Getting started
How do I open a QCS account?
Apply on the merchant application page. The application creates a request, not an account. The team contacts you to confirm your pickup address, parcel profile and bank details, then issues credentials on WhatsApp and email.
Is there a minimum volume?
For a scheduled pickup, yes: five parcels a day. Below that we still accept and record the account, but pickup is not offered and the flag is visible to our team so nobody promises you a rider.
What does it cost to join?
Nothing. There is no signup fee and no monthly charge. You pay the delivery charge on parcels that are successfully delivered.
FAQ
Booking and pickup
Why is my booked order not collected?
A booked order has to be forwarded to the pickup queue before a rider can collect it. Do it by hand from the Booked tab, or set an auto-pickup time and the daily sweep forwards every eligible order for you.
What happens to a parcel I did not hand over?
The rider marks it with a reason code and free text. It returns to your Booked tab immediately and appears in the pickup summary message, so you can forward it again when it is ready.
Can I import orders from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Upload a CSV, map your columns once, and you get a row-by-row validation report before anything is committed. Rejected rows come back with the field and the reason so you can fix and re-upload.
FAQ
Charges
How is the delivery charge calculated?
On the chargeable weight, which is the greater of actual weight and dimensional weight, rounded up to the next 0.5 kg. Lahore City is PKR 180 for the first 0.5 kg and PKR 40 for each additional 0.5 kg. Express is PKR 250 then PKR 50. The extended area adds a flat PKR 50 per parcel.
Am I charged for a parcel that comes back?
No. Charges apply only to successfully delivered shipments. There are two documented exceptions, both requiring evidence and both open to dispute: a refusal after the customer was allowed to open the parcel and found it was not as specified, and a cancellation you induced with the customer after handover.
Who decides the weight?
The weight and dimensions recorded at our warehouse. Both are shown on the order along with the full charge breakdown and the rate card version used. If you disagree, raise a dispute on the order.
FAQ
COD and payouts
When is my COD money released?
The cash is credited to your payable balance the moment the delivery is recorded. Payouts are released on your remittance cycle, weekly by default, into the bank account verified during onboarding.
How do I check a payout?
Every payout carries a batch number and a statement listing each order with the cash collected, the charge deducted and the net. The statement is attached to the payout message and kept in your portal.
What if a figure looks wrong?
Raise a dispute on the order or the payout. Any approved adjustment appears as a separate reversing entry on your statement. The original entry is never edited, so the history always reconciles.
FAQ
Delivery and returns
How many delivery attempts do I get?
Three by default, configurable up to five. Each attempt keeps its own reason code, free text and evidence photograph, so you can see exactly why the customer did not take the parcel on a given day.
What proof do I get that a parcel was delivered?
A photograph, the name of the person who received it and a cash confirmation. The proof is stored on the order, visible to you, and sent to your customer. A delivery cannot be recorded without it.
How do returns reach me?
A cancelled parcel is queued for return, loaded onto a return run and handed back to you against a signature or a scan. You get a message when the return is completed.
FAQ
Integrations
Can QCS connect to my store?
Yes. Shopify and WooCommerce connectors import orders automatically and write the tracking number back to the store. There is also a REST API with signed webhooks and a request log, and a custom connection wizard for anything else.
Does the API quote the same price as this site?
Yes. There is one pricing module in the platform and every surface calls it, including this website, the merchant portal, the CSV import, the API and both connectors.
FAQ
Support
How do I raise a problem?
From the merchant portal, by email, or through the contact form on this site. Every route creates a ticket with a reference number, an owner and an SLA timer.
