Lahore, precisely

Coverage stated as geography, not as a slogan.

Eleven named road points mark where standard Lahore City pricing ends and the extended area begins. Both zones are drawn on a map in the back-office, and every delivery address is resolved against them.

Lahore geography

The eleven boundary points

These are the points published in the QCS tariff. Beyond any of them a flat PKR 50 per parcel applies.

The line joining these points is indicative. The charge is decided by the zone the delivery address resolves into, and an address that resolves outside every zone goes to a review queue rather than being charged at city rate.

Two zones at launch

Lahore City and Lahore Extended Area

Zones are drawn as polygons on an OpenStreetMap base in the back-office, each carrying its own charge band. On overlap the higher-priority zone wins.

  • Lahore City

The standard tariff area. PKR 180 for the first 0.5 kg and PKR 40 for each additional 0.5 kg. No per-parcel surcharge.

    Standard rate · no surcharge

  • Lahore Extended Area

Everything in the district beyond the eleven published road points. A flat PKR 50 per parcel is added once, on standard and express alike, and it does not scale with weight.

How a zone is decided

An address is resolved, never assumed

When you type a delivery address in the portal you get autocomplete from an open-source geocoder. The coordinates that come back are tested against the zone polygons, and the zone that wins is written into the order along with the charge snapshot. From that point the zone decision is frozen: changing a polygon later does not re-price an order that has already been booked.

If an address cannot be geocoded, or if it resolves outside every active zone, the order goes to a geo review queue. Back-office assigns the zone by hand, the charge snapshot is recomputed and both versions are retained. We do not quietly fall back to the city rate, because that would mean undercharging ourselves on a long run or overcharging you on a short one.

Unresolved addresses queued for a human, never charged by guesswork

Beyond Lahore

Cities are enabled one at a time, deliberately

The platform carries the full Pakistan city list, but only Lahore is enabled. A city is switched on in the back-office once there are riders, a warehouse route and a drawn zone to go with it. Announcing coverage we cannot staff would be the fastest way to lose a seller, so we do not do it.

Live: Lahore city and the defined extended area

Next: Punjab intercity lanes from the Lahore warehouse

Planned: nationwide, city by city, with zones drawn per city

Check a delivery area before you commit

Tell us the areas you sell into and we will confirm which of them fall inside the city zone and which carry the extended charge.
