Public tracking shows the status timeline and the delivery area. It never shows a phone number, a full address or anything financial.

Where the extended area begins
Eleven named road points mark the edge of standard Lahore City pricing. Beyond them a flat PKR 50 per parcel applies.

The line joining these points is indicative. The charge is decided by the zone the delivery address resolves into, and an address that resolves outside every zone goes to a review queue rather than being charged at city rate.

Why sellers move to QCS
Six rules we do not bend
Each of these is enforced in the system, not promised in a brochure. Several are enforced at the database layer, where the application cannot talk its way around them.
No scan, no pickup
A parcel becomes collected only when a rider scans its label at your counter. The scan, the rider, the device, the location and the time are all recorded and cannot be edited afterwards.
Proof on every delivery
A delivery needs a photograph, the name of the person who received it and a cash confirmation. The database refuses a delivered state without them.
Charges only on delivery
A failed attempt or a returned parcel is not charged. Two named exceptions exist, both requiring rider evidence and both open to dispute.
One price engine
The quote on this site, the charge on your order and the figure on your invoice come from the same module and the same rate card version. There is no second calculation anywhere.
WhatsApp first
Your customer hears from us at pickup, at the warehouse, on the road and on delivery, with the proof attached. Email runs alongside as the guaranteed fallback.
Your money, traced
Cash collected, charges deducted and payouts released are all double-entry postings. Corrections are reversing entries. Nothing is ever edited after the fact.

Price a parcel before you book it
Enter the weight, add dimensions if the parcel is bulky, and pick the service and the zone. The figure comes from the same engine that charges the order.

How the charge is built

Dimensional weight is length × width × height in centimetres, divided by 5000.
- 02
Up to 5 kg actual, the greater of actual and dimensional weight is charged.
- 03
The result is rounded up to the next 0.5 kg. An exact multiple does not round up again.
- 04
The extended area adds a flat charge once per parcel. It does not scale with weight.

What does a Lahore delivery cost?
PKR 180 for the first 0.5 kg and PKR 40 for each additional 0.5 kg inside Lahore City. Express and same-day is PKR 250 then PKR 50. The extended area adds a flat PKR 50 per parcel. Every figure is inclusive of sales tax and fuel adjustment.
When do I get my COD money?
The cash is credited to your payable balance the moment the delivery is recorded. Payouts are released on your remittance cycle, by default weekly, with a statement listing every order in the batch.
What happens if the customer refuses the parcel?
The rider records a reason code, free text and an evidence photograph. The attempt counter increases and you see the reason in your portal. A failed attempt is not charged. After the attempt threshold the parcel is cancelled and returned to you.
How is a bulky but light parcel charged?
On the greater of actual weight and dimensional weight, where dimensional weight is length times width times height in centimetres divided by 5000. That comparison applies when the actual weight is 5 kg or less. The result is rounded up to the next 0.5 kg.
Can I sign up and start today?
You can apply today. A signup on this site creates a request, not an account. The QCS team contacts you, confirms your pickup address and bank details, and issues credentials on WhatsApp and email once you are approved.
I ship fewer than five parcels a day. Can I still use QCS?
Yes, as a customer of the warehouse rather than of the pickup service. We accept the account and record it, but a scheduled pickup is not offered below five parcels a day. Tell us when your volume grows.
