Platform changelog

What changed, in what order, and what a merchant or a developer has to do about it.

Changes that affect how you work are recorded here, newest first. A change that would break an integration is announced before it ships, never in the same release.

How versions work

What is versioned, and what it means for you
SurfaceVersioningPromise
REST APIPath version, currently /api/v1.A field is added, never removed or renamed, within a version. A breaking change arrives as a new path version.
WebhooksDated payload version, currently 2026-01-01, sent on every delivery.New fields may appear. Read by name and ignore what you do not recognise.
Rate cardNumbered version with an effective date.A parcel is priced by the card version in force when you booked it. A new card never reprices an existing parcel.
DocumentsLabel, load sheet and invoice templates are versioned in the back office. The barcode geometry is fixed. A template change never changes what the barcode encodes.
Public websiteContent versions, with rollback.Copy and layout are edited live by QCS staff without a release.
